A Picture Perfect Dining Experience

Nature has always been the integral part of our being since times immemorial. This has enhanced our affection towards the places which offer natural views including the calming view of the water. Here, I am pleased to share with you all one of the most relaxing and photogenic spot I have been to. The spot which we would be exploring today is located at the city of dreams- Mumbai. The place that offers one of a kind dining experience to its visitors is none other than Mumbai Maiden. You will become all the more excited for your visit by knowing the fact that Mumbai Maiden is the only floating restaurant at Mumbai.

The major attractions for the visitors include candle light dinner, DJ, live performances and open air seating arrangement. The most fascinating fact about this cruise is its presence in the middle of the sea. This makes it one of the most sought after spot for the evening parties in Mumbai.

Reaching the cruise through the yacht was an adventure in itself. Needless to say, Mumbai Maiden surely became enlisted within the list of our favourite photography spot as soon as we reached there.

The cruise is located just around 500 metres before the Bandra Worli Toll. The location is quite close to AB Celestial which is quite helpful in reaching the exact location.The cruise has three floors which consist of a luxurious dining area, banquet hall and an open deck which has enough capacity to cater to a larger crowd.

It also commenced operations between Hazira and Bandra Worli Sealink in Mumbai. The cruise is a most sought after spot for an enthralling and recreational experience for its visitors.

The Ala Carte menu offered at the cruise has multiple options of appetizers and main course dishes for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. The cruise also serves refreshing beverages including mocktails and soft beverages to the visitors. Apart from this, there are also special dishes for the particular days like salad of the day and soup of the day.Grilled Paneer thecha, crumb fried chicken wings, Chicken BBQ Pizza and Blue Lagoon became some of my favourites from the menu.

The remarkable dining experience at the open air lounge costs Rs.1700 per head in which the food is also complimentary. There are two time slots for the visitors- 5.00 pm- 8.00 pm and 8.00 pm- 11.00 pm. There is also a VIP lounge inside the cruise which offers an exclusive experience to the visitors with a package of Rs. 3000 per person. The very glance of the incredible decor of Mumbai Maiden attracts the attention of all it’s visitors. It really caught our eye balls as well !!!

The taste of the food would definitely be appreciated by you all but the little wait after placing the order might be a cause of concern. But you would surely forgive them for this delay owing to the usage of induction pans for cooking as the gas stoves are not allowed on the cruise.

Mumbai Maiden indeed is worthy of your precious time and money. The unique aspect about the the sky open lounge of the cruise is its iconic view of the Banda worli sea link from there. We were truly spellbound by the majestic glimpse of the sunset view. As the dusk sets in, the atmosphere becomes all the pleasant with the spectacular lighting surrounding the deck. The lights and the melodious tunes in the background are sufficient to make your dinner time enjoyable. The breezy vibes surrounding the entire cruise provide solace to all the visitors.

Visiting Mumbai Maiden was indeed one of a kind experience. It gave us a great opportunity to have an amazing family time with the calming waves of the sea in the vicinity. We also found it to be a perfect location for the romantic dinner dates or a hangout spot for a group of friends.
